HOW IT WORKS
Know the next step before you start.
A useful first conversation leads to a clear scope, not an unexplained commitment.
1. Describe the need
- One specific task and the result you want
- Current tools, approximate frequency, and staff involved
- A synthetic or non-sensitive example of the process
- The decisions that must remain under human control
2. Clarify the fit
We review the information, ask the missing questions, and identify any provider, professional, access, or data-handling dependencies. Do not send sensitive documents through the public form.
3. Define the proposed outcome
- A current-process map and a bounded pilot brief
- Required connections, access, and data-handling questions
- Acceptance checks, exception handling, and a manual fallback
- An implementation proposal where scope, dependencies, and support can be agreed
4. Agree the arrangement
Review a written scope and proposal before work or a provider change. Confirm who does what, how acceptance is checked, and what remains outside the scope.
5. Keep the handoff visible
The enquiry is kept in the shared desk with its brand and project details. Internal ownership, next-action notes, and follow-up dates help track the conversation. This does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
